Meet QT Again in a Completely Reworked Battle

FNF vs. QT: Rewired is a fan-made return to the popular QT mod. The project was created with permission from the original QT creator and rebuilds the battle with new animation, richer backgrounds, updated music, cutscenes, and redesigned presentation.

The story begins in a simple way. Boyfriend hears music coming from an alley and finds QT listening to it. QT asks him to sing with her, which starts what first looks like a friendly musical battle.

That friendly mood does not last.

Start With Blissful

The first main song is Blissful. QT appears cheerful and enjoys the rhythm battle with Boyfriend.

The stage includes more character movement than a basic FNF song. QT dances during different moments, and Boyfriend and Girlfriend also get extra animated sequences. The Rewired version puts a lot of attention into making the characters feel active during the music.

Things Get Much Harder in Obliterated

The second main song is Obliterated. This is where QT’s dangerous side appears.

A powerful robot called KB is connected with QT, and the battle becomes far more intense once this part of the story takes over. The note patterns become harder and the visuals change with the action.

There is also a special danger mechanic. When a warning appears, you need to press Space at the correct moment to dodge the incoming attack. Missing this action can immediately cost you the battle.

Extra Versions Add More to Play

Later updates add more material beyond the original two-song release. A Pico Mix of Blissful lets Pico take part in the performance. Newer content also includes Erect remixes and a classic version of Blissful.

The normal FNF controls still form the base of the game. Watch the moving arrows and press the matching keys when they reach their targets. The important difference is that QT: Rewired sometimes asks you to watch for danger at the same time.

FNF vs. QT: Rewired starts with a cute musical meeting and turns it into a much tougher robot battle. The new animations, songs, cutscenes, dodge mechanic, and later remixes give returning QT players plenty of new material to learn.
